Return Policy

Returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will lose the right to a refund.

  • Timeframe: You can return the product within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • Conditions: The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • Exclusions: Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain health products.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact details. Returns sent without prior notice will be considered invalid.

  • Return at Your Risk: Returns are at your own risk. Belmonte Milano is not responsible for packages lost or held in customs during the return process.
  • Tracking: Returns must include a tracking number provided via email. This allows us to confirm receipt of the return and process the refund. Without tracking, we cannot monitor the shipment, and your right to a refund will be void.

Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account again. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@vellani-shoes.com.

Costs

  • Return Shipping: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be sent to our warehouse. We recommend sending the package with tracking, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost returns.

Exceptions

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will always send you a new product free of charge.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
