Shipping Times

Once you place your order, we begin preparation on the next business day. However, orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping by our automated systems. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order that has already been completed. If you have concerns about the product received, we offer an easy return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
